Job Description

Our fantastic VIP Partner Services team is growing so we are looking for new team members. The ideal candidate is someone who is humble and hungry for success, collaborates well, love to talk to clients and able to understand the urgency of their business needs. We believe exceptional customer service is about putting people at the center, not cases or tickets. We are looking for awesome people who are open-minded, passionate and take pride in the ownership of their tasks while functioning fully in a team setting.

  • Create a wonderful partner experience as you understand that making a partner happy is crucially important to a business's success
  • Handle incoming inquires on various channels of assigned business partners in order to satisfy their needs and increase their revenue
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with assigned business partners
  • Evaluation of business' partners needs and suggest our solution to meet mutual objectives
  • Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with business partners and colleagues
  • Look for ways to constantly improve processes

Qualifications

  • Ideally 1-2 years of customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Excellent verbal & written language skills and practical experience in English
  • Outstanding communication and representation skills to represent the company on different events (international travelling opportunities)
  • Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email and live chat
  • Flexibility when it comes to working hours, as our shifts can be day or night
  • Great sense of humor and ability to work under pressure
  • Be legally authorized to work in Hungary
  • High school graduation

Additional Information

  • We're offering a range of 460,000 HUF - 510,000 HUF (gross/month) for this position
