About the Team

You will join a team of 7 collaborative and supportive recruiters. Our team is responsible for using all possible channels to recruit the best candidates for Docler Holding .

In our team you will have the chance to:

  • Take part in various recruitment related projects and make a difference in our organization
  • Work with many tools and platforms to attract great talent
  • Share knowledge and access valuable learning opportunities


Who You Are:
You are a goal-oriented and hands-on sourcing and recruiting expert. You are an experienced recruiting partner, who possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices to complete challenging assignments on time. With your experience, you can execute proactive head-hunting strategies across multiple locations and levels of seniority. You are up to date with the recruitment market and are a guiding partner to hiring managers.

The Role

  • Recruit candidates of all types and seniority levels, deal with challenging offers, and manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates
  • Keep a consistent track record of hiring success
  • Gain mastery of multiple sourcing tools, extensions, and ways to find the hidden professionals
  • Work with a strong network of candidates and share industry knowledge with colleagues
  • Ensure an amazing experience for the candidate throughout all stages of the process
  • Take part in multiple Recruitment related projects

Requirements

We’d love to meet someone with

  • Full cycle recruitment experience: coordinating, sourcing, screening, leading candidate experience, prioritization, making offers and negotiating
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing recruitment environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English. French and German are strong advantages.
