As a person who is passionate about data, you will help to define and execute our data strategies, grow our data processing capabilities, lead and grow our Data Analysts team. 

You will have the possibility to learn the exciting domain of live streaming websites, account management and affiliate programs, and understand the KPIs of our business domain from the leader of this industry. You will directly work with C-level management on providing real time business metrics and analytics in the best quality. 

Reporting to the Head of Product, we will get you involved into all major business initiatives to discover and prioritize data opportunities as a champion for our data-driven culture.

The monthly gross salary offered for this position is between 1.600.000 - 2.400.000  HUF, depending on your experience and qualifications.

• Own the roadmap and development priorities for your data products
• Inspire and motivate the Data Platform team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions
• Provide a good balance between quality and urgency when it comes to delivering insights
• Lead and facilitate short-term and long-range grooming sessions with the Data Platform team
• Act as a primary contact for queries related to analytics for the product & development organization
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define initiatives, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog for the Data Platform team

What we expect from you...

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 5 years of meaningful experience in data and analytics
• Manage multiple priorities, including negotiation, delegation and conflict resolution skills
• Agile Product Owner experience or relevant role
• Decision-making skills; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
• Intermediate statistical knowledge
• Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher
  
• Ability and willingness to learn modern data tools and technologies
• Accommodate infrequent travel, approximately once per every 3-6 months
• Experience in building a data platform and developing new data and analytics solutions with large datasets
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or a similar data analysis and visualization tool
• Experience/knowledge of data warehouses, data visualization
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Basic overview on distributed system architectures
