With us, you will... 

  • Manage the recruitment team in Budapest and Luxembourg
  • Organize and manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Ensure the team’s resource needs
  • Introduce new trends, recruitment techniques, help to use them to increase efficiency
  • Closely collaborate with other HR departments
  • Ensure the flow of information between HR departments and business units
  • Continuously consult with the management regarding new resource needs in the organisation
  • Present recruitment results, Recruitment Dashboard, develop and keep the recruitment policy up to date
  • Collaborate with the Budapest & Luxembourg HR team and management regarding strategic issues connected to recruitment
  • Carry out end to end recruitment process, conduct job interviews for high priority key positions
  • Support career management within the recruitment team
  • Operate the performance management system, define individual objectives for team members
  • Facilitate effective communication between recruitment colleagues and hiring departments
  • Manage and monitor Recruitment costs
  • Continuously monitor and implement new technology and professional trends in recruitment
  • Manage Budapest and Luxembourg recruitment processes

Requirements

What we expect from you...

  • Professional active English language skills in oral and written
  • 10+ years of professional experience in the field of recruitment is preferred
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative solutions, initiative taking approach, excellent problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, proactive personality
  • IT background knowledge required to perform the tasks
