The salary offered for this position is between 80,400 - 114,000 EUR gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

With us, your tasks will be...

• Allocate Manual QA engineering resources to teams and or projects
• Ensure the creation and the maintenance of the manual QA deployment pipeline for all the teams.
• Responsible for Defining QA strategy, Testing roadmap, Testing activities, Quality assurance, approach, Maintenance and execution in development projects
• Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes
• Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to stakeholders
• Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation
• Manage training and continuous learning of QA colleagues by means of short courses, conferences, meetups, certifications, etc.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise within the Quality Assurance Department
• Work with QA managers, Development managers and the Software Development Director to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goal

What we expect from you...

• BSC degree of equivalent experience
• 9+ years of Industry experience with Quality Assurance
• Ability of analytic thinking
• Team player and supportive attitude
• Help others in learning and development
• Follow technology improvements and recommend for usage in company products
• Ability of overview complex systems
• Fluent English (both oral and written)
