We are looking for a smart, motivated and experienced Project Manager to be the part of the CEO’s staff. The ideal candidate is a generalist with colorful experience, who loves learning new things, has a passion for technology and has strong management skills. You will work closely with the CEO and his staff on everything ranging from daily operation and business management to special projects and executive coordination. Be prepared that after Covid, you will be traveling a lot!

Qualifications:

  • Strong international experience, preferably within the IT sector
  • Project Management experience is a must
  • Very organized, but flexible personality with the ability to anticipate change, and react effectively
  • Fast learner & hard worker
  • Capability to utilize a variety of approaches and communication techniques tailored to each situation (comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds at all organizational levels)
  • Coordinating and managing various internal and external tasks and projects with relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting the day-to-day activities of the CEO by pro-actively preparing business summaries, collect and filter reports, organize effective meetings and follow up on action items
  • Drafting and preparing various documentation and communication material in English
  • Participation at internal and external meetings and events related to different entities of the Group, some of them abroad
  • Managing relations with external partners
  • Regular testing of the company’s online products
  • Any ad-hoc task that requires immediate solution

What your tasks will be?

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (project manager or similar position)
  • Experience working in an IT company is a great advantage, IT affinity is a must (solid knowledge of the industry, work pace and environment)
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian - French knowledge is considered as an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills, can-do attitude
  • Strong ability to support decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must have high standards for personal grooming, health, and etiquette
