  • In the planning and preparation phase, analysis and control of the technical content included in the general architectural plans and tenders, finding and developing alternative technical solutions (in the field of building engineering and related fields)
  • Control and review of existing building engineering systems, make suggestions for optimization, participate in the implementation process
  • Inspection of construction works
  • Continuous monitoring of quality work, meeting deadlines
  • Initiating, organizing and coordinating the necessary consultations for the successful implementation of the project, facilitating continuous cooperation and effective communication
  • Professional support of the buildings belonging to our real estate portfolio, documentation of maintenance
  • Participate in the energy management of our portfolio



    • University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineer) OR Technical degree (mechanical engineer)
    • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of building management
    • Able to make decisions fast with a calm and result-oriented mindset
    • Determination, precision, and the ability to handle the workload
    • Highly effective communication skills with both colleagues and customers
    • Professional English language skills, both oral and written
