The Jr. IT Support & Service Desk Administrator will provide outstanding service to Docler colleagues onsite or remotely, managing all forms of hardware and software support.
You will be our Support-Ninja who will rescue our users from technical issues on a day-to-day basis, and take necessary steps to troubleshoot, fix or escalate to the next level
Users may seek your help in various forms - face-to-face, skype, phone, mail, or service desk system – but that’s not a problem for a Ninja
You will create and maintain the rule book a.k.a. our Standard Operations Procedures to help curate an up-to-date knowledge database
You will share information through the power of multi-messages with the Docler Squad, informing them of important news as required
You will help resolve backlog for incidents & SRs, report progress to users and track root cause analysis
You will deliver fantastic tutorials for users to help them transition from ‘beginner’ to ‘expert’ with ease
You will be heavily involved with diagnosis, maintenance, repair, installation, recovery, inventory and more…..if all of the above excite you, you’re at the right place!

Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician? We are looking for you!
Excellent knowledge of Windows \ Mac configurations to be able to troubleshoot any hardware or software issue
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues that will leave us amazed. There is (almost) nothing that you can’t do
Good understanding how to troubleshoot network issues (DHCP, DNS, Ping, traceroute, nc)
If you have all the above, AND knowledge of a scripting language like Python, we will be rolling out the red carpet
Knowledge of JAMF and SCCM. A HUGE plus if you also have a ITIL: Foundation certification
Creative thinking with a side of hustle. You are ready to move mountains to find solutions for users
An inherent desire to help people. You are extremely customer focused and get compliments on your work ethic
An ability to manage a significant volume of inquires with calm and ease. Your zeal is infectious
Good written and verbal communication skills. English is a must, and any other language is a big bonus
