With us you will

  • Take full ownership of leading and continuously improving our end-to-end recruitment process
  • Own candidate pipeline and ensure candidates are progressing through recruitment stages in a timely manner
  • Take a creative and strategic approach to recruiting, while working with the team on creating and improving our sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment initiatives and hiring guidelines
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs,
  • Identify gaps and areas of improvement in the process and raise any issues to the rest of the hiring function and hiring managers
  • Ensure candidates have the best recruiting experience possible by optimising processes and suggesting improvements according to candidates’ feedback

Requirements

We'd love to meet someone with

  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably recruiting for IT related positions
  • Strong sourcing skills and eagerness to keep up with market trends
  • Self-driven and autonomous who also loves being part of a team, bouncing ideas, and sharing knowledge 
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively overlook multiple projects at once
  • Passion for helping and training others 
  • Can do and positive attitude with strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment 
  • Passion for networking and proven ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business 
  • Fluency in English and French is a real bonus
