Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate development projects,
  • Coordinate the development team and organize the training of the colleagues,
  • Design processes and methodologies for monitoring internal and external developments,
  • Keep contact with customers,
  • Report to senior management.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Professional degree,
  • High level of professional and technological knowledge, (listing technologies!)
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in development, including at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in the field,
  • Development project management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project methodologies (waterfall and agile)
  • System thinking, precision,
  • Agile, determined personality,
  • Being proactive and taking initiative
  • At least intermediate English language knowledge.
