The Head of Sales will lead the AWE team, our affiliate management program, and is responsible for setting up, executing, and managing the sales strategy and adjoining sales plans in line with the company’s long-term business strategy.
With us, you will do…
Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plan, and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new business partners
Creating the individual sales and motivational plans for team members, and establishing and maintaining a cooperative atmosphere in order to achieve company plans/goals
Continuously collecting and analyzing sales and related data
Working closely with the Marketing, Product Management and Customer Support Departments
Cultivating effective business relationships with executive decision makers of key accounts
Managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to develop their skill to ensure a high professional standard and that monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Assisting with the development of sales presentations and proposals
Investigating lost sales and customer accounts
Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets
Developing promotional ideas and material
Actively performing as a sales team member in the most important deals
Attending industry events and summits to make new deals
Executing any other professional task given by the direct supervisor
Tracking, collating and interpreting sales figures
Generating timely sales reports
Developing pricing schedules and rates
Formulating sales policies and procedures
Conducting market research, and competitor and customer analysis
Analyzing data to identify sales opportunities
What we expect from you…
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
8+ years sales experience
Track record of superior performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong decision-making abilities
