With us, you will...

  • Coordinate development projects,
  • Coordinate the development team and organize the training of the colleagues,
  • Design processes and methodologies for monitoring internal and external developments,
  • Keep contact with customers,


What we expect form you...

  • A professional degree
  • High level of professional and technological knowledge, (listing technologies)
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in development, including at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in the field
  • Development project management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project methodologies (waterfall and agile)
  • System thinking, precision
  • Agile, determined personality
  • Proactive and taking initiative
  • Have at least intermediate English language knowledge


  • Knowledge of cryptography, PKI basics
  • Experience in bringing innovative IT solutions to national and international markets.
