The salary offered for this position is between 168.000 - 240.000 EUR gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications

 

With us, you will…

  • Guarantee the quality and consistency of designs to reflect the premium status of our product
  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
  • Determine how best to represent a concept visually, create guidelines
  • Compare a brand’s visual language to other competitors; provide recommendations to the team
  • Provide rationale for design choices; ensure design meets business objectives as stated in the initial request
  • Prioritize, track, handle and maintain records of the elements. Manage time schedules of multiple projects
  • Lead and motivate the team to realize goals and deliver a successful project on time
  • Direct and motivate team of designers to help them use their talents effectively
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
  • Work with marketing team to develop/create brand-related collateral as needed
  • Apply style/brand guides if necessary in the execution of existing concepts
  • Brand identity design

Requirements

What we expect from you…

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator & Invision
  • Excellent aesthetic judgement
  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar role with a strong portfolio of creative that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression
  •  Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment and to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify/address problems and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
  • Well-developed communication and leadership skills including ability to present to other team members and stakeholders
