We are looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, to become a key member of our accounting and finance team. This individual will be responsible for finance, accounting, tax and other projects related to entities of the multi-national Jasmin Group.

Task and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the projects of the departments of accounting, tax, business intelligence, and finance.
  • Maintain a record of progress of various projects that are being delivered by several departments.
  • Set deadlines and support the staff in their deliverables, ensuring that projects encounter minimal disruptions in terms of minimal wasted time and resources.
  • Act as an objective information source with regards to actual statuses of all ongoing projects.
  • Key person responsible for the prioritization, value analysis and identification of resources, by working in close collaboration with the key stakeholders from the relevant departments.
  • Coordinate the process harmonization within multiple departments among the different locations within the Group.
  • Provide frequent and timely status reports on all ongoing projects within all the above-mentioned departments, mark critical paths/risks/delays.
  • Manage expectations of key stakeholders and ensure transparency in all communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies in line with best market practices.
  • Any other task assigned by the CFO

Requirements

Requirements and Essential Knowledge

  • 5+ years proven track record in project management, preference to certified Project Manager (e.g. PMI, Prince 2) or some knowledge of other project management frameworks, approaches and principles in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field, Economics, Engineering. Computer Science or other relevant discipline (MBA, Masters an advantage)
