People Coordination– Acts as Project Coordinator for various existing transformational and core projects.
Networking - Ability to form social interactions between people from different background and professional context. On demand works in harmony with other assistants and SSC leaders and supervisors.
Management reporting - Monitor reports and SLAs and alert SSC LT, makes sure the completion of deadlines by chasing stakeholders.
Recruitment- Helps organizing interviews, takes part in the process of recruiting for key new roles (senior and leadership roles).
Coordination - Acts as Chief of Staff for SSC LT by coordinating senior managers on behalf of the CEO. Organizes task management for SSC LT and helps prioritizing time management.
Stakeholder Management - Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring effective timing and interdependency management of communications across programs and projects.
What we expect from you...
You must have exceptional planning skills for this role and have a proven track record of delivering success in relationship management or customer service.
Proven experience of being able to work within a formal methodology and/or project management framework yet still provide flexibility and agility in the influence, negotiate and assure the evolving and changing needs of the business.
Efficiently establishes an appropriate course of action for self-and/or others to accomplish a goal.
Actions lead to total task accomplishment through concern for quality in all areas. Sees opportunities and takes the initiative to act on them. Understands that responsible use of resources maximizes our impact.
