Company Description

Normawood Kft., a member of Docler Holding is looking for a Corporate Trainer to lead the training activities of the hospitality establishment. 

Located in the pristine area of Sváb Hill, Normafa Club House is the crowned jewel establishment in the Normafa area, Budapest.

Job Description

  • Design effective training programs on company and Group level, respectively external corporate clients.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, training sessions.
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Actively engage with clients in both the company and in the corporate clientele
  • Use positive communication strategies to motivate clients to work on and reach their goals
  • Use variety of strategies to assist clients in understanding and effectively dealing with their own social skills
  • Monitor, evaluate, and collect data on client’s progress and targeted skills
  • Record data consistently and accurately in consonance with specific guideline

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as corporate trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent coaching skills, creativity, innovative thinking,
  • Diverse experience with training creation and facilitation
  • Good analytical and planning skills.
  • Fluent Hungarian and English both oral and written
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Certification is needed
