• A/B testing (maniacal level) to improve the conversion and weak points of the sites via data-driven ideation, execution, reporting and analysis
• Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments and audiences as part of the optimization process
• Be able to translate and communicate testing results and data-driven recommendations into an effective message, continually creating insights and value for the products
• Successful collaboration with internal resources (including design, bigdata, testers, developers, analytics and cross-channel teams), ensuring everybody smile big and often
• Perform best practices that facilitate workflow, team communication; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team

• 2+ years of experience in Content and Conversion Optimization
• Familiar with: Optimizely, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Hotjar and other behaviour analytics tools
• At least B2 level English, able to communicate fluently and efficiently with upper management
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• High traffic B2C site optimization experience is a plus
• JavaScript programming knowledge is a plus
