The CPO is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO. The CPO is responsible for product vision, strategy, and design, and ensuring continuous delivery of desirable, useable and feasible product outcomes. The CPO is broadly responsible for managing the processes around building great products that deliver customer value in ways that work for the business.
With us, you will…
Partner with the CEO, and work closely with senior management (CEO, COO, CHRO, CODO, CTO, CFO, CIO etc.) in creating the short and long-term vision for the company, and participate in setting the related strategy, goals and priorities.
Create a unified and cohesive product vision and lead the overall efficiency of our product development process, meeting key product and business goals.
Coach and mentor key product management personnel, constantly ensuring improvement in their professional skills and assisting in their development.
Partner with Sales, Advertising, Growth and Media to shape and build the company’s product voice, and image through analyst engagements and external engagements.
Lead the transformation of product ideas from identifying what problems we are trying to solve, to delivering quality outcomes, using a product discovery framework while maintaining serious consideration of financial implications, market needs, and the overall objectives of the business.
Ensure continuous product improvement in line with market needs, providing a product experience that continuously and consistently engages consumers
Oversee product releases to ensure effective alignment between product and go-to-market teams.
Gain a deep understanding of our prospects, customers, competitors and partners, and their strategic direction, pain points, desired integrations, and culture, to develop a thoughtful and informed perspective of product and market opportunities, including competition and differentiation.
Provide input into our technical architecture and product design to transform customer and prospect needs into implementation plans.
Drive business strategies that sustain our competitive advantage and expand our addressable market.
Conduct research and analysis that lead to informed decision making on issues such as cost and timelines for product implementations.
Participate in leading industry forums and consortiums to represent business interests and set standards/practices.
What we expect from you…
10 years of experience in technical or product leadership roles in a tech environment
Diverse experience within Website, Mobile, Native App development. Experience with Live Streaming, Live Cam or Social Media platforms highly regarded.
Experience leading consumer products with a continuous discovery and delivery mindset.
Ability to define and analyze numerous product metrics, ability to think strategically and know when and how to apply each in order to influence the success of the product for opportunities.
Extensive experience in interface design, research, and new product development utilizing Lean UX methods.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a rich blend of analytical, creative, and strategic talents in order to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams with professionalism and clarity.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and ability to work to shifting priorities with tight deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for cross-cultural audience
Detail orientated; superior problem solving and organizational and skills; and an ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
Executive presence with the ability to effectively influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.
Global knowledge and experience with a Fortune 500 IT company, or experience with liquidity events (i.e. IPO) highly regarded.
