With us you will…

  • Articulate and execute the vision and concept from the first phase of the process to delivery, working closely with the founder or CEO
  • Guide and manage all aspects of the artistic and conceptual development of marketing and promotional materials, including, but not limited to brand identity, print and digital collateral, print and digital ad campaigns, packaging, photography, web sites, environmental design and interactive design
  • Conduct in-depth creative and market research and exploration on each project to fully understand brand needs and challenges
  • Work closely with the founder on conceptualizing, developing, and refining dynamic creative solutions and content
  • Articulate and enforce the visual tone, style guide and core values to ensure a seamless creative development and implementation of marketing strategies and brand experiences
  • Have a deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences. Core areas of focus include front-end digital design as well as print design including websites, app design, retail marketing materials and experience design
  • Brief, motivate and collaborate with our in-house Photographers, Interactive Designers, Web Developers, Visualizers and the Videographers on each assigned project
  • Guide and manage all aspects of future merchandising related projects within the group
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Clearly and eloquently communicate creative concepts to client and team; facilitate client meetings
  • Committed to a thoughtful and strategic design approach, while not afraid to think outside the box


What we expect from you…

  • Extensive design background with a portfolio reflecting 5 to 7 years of experience in a professional design studio
  • Outstanding leadership and management skills to effectively direct and guide the creative team and client from the beginning phase to delivery
  • Sophisticated sense and in-depth knowledge of design (luxury real estate, architecture, art, video, digital, photography, UX/UI, environmental design – a plus)
  • Strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller
  • Merchandising experience, previous experience in fashion is desired
  • Passionate about graphic design, typography, motion, photography, video and illustration
  • Delivers quality works at the intersection of culture and design
  • Exceptional at your craft and a critical project owner
  • A fascination with innovation and technology
  • Superior graphic design and typography skills
  • Self-starter
  • In-depth understanding of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote
  • Excellent presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability
  • Strong desire to invent and establish better services and processes
  • Experience in graphic design, theatres and marketing
