We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Native mobile team in Budapest
With us you will
Represent the business' interests
Clarify business requirements
Define the functional details of a development, while taking the best market practices into account
Document business requirements in Confluence (use cases, flow charts, wireframes, Given/When/Then scenarios)
Work closely with the designer team regarding designing functional requirements and wireframes
Ensure good Project Preparation and work closely with PM, EM, BA, UI/UX, EM, LD as well as all other business departments (finance, legal, compliance, copywriters, support etc.)
Ensure that user stories meet the required criteria so work can be designated as complete
Write Acceptance criteria (Gherkin language) for all scenarios regarding a feature and constantly collaborate with QA on test cases and detailed requirements
Participate in team planning meetings and ensure availability to provide advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each Sprint
Assist the development team, QA, POs/PMs and Architects with release planning, functional research, and release testing
Keep the product documentation up-to-date and detailed, update it constantly with new features
Review completed work from development sprints
Requirements
What we expect from you
Relevant experience working with native mobile products (2+ years)
Ability to see through company-wise projects and features for different products (collaboration with other BAs in case of big projects involving more teams)
Ability to understand the product portfolio users’ main requirements and expectations regarding the products based on the industry and internal KPIs
Full project knowledge on product and main knowledge holder to be bridge the gap between development teams & stakeholders
We'd love to meet someone with
Enthusiasm for the latest mobile applications and best practices on the market
Interest and ability to analyse a product’s performance and relevant KPIs
Basic technical knowledge, ability to discuss with developers and understand technical limitations of a system
Mastery of agile development methodologies, UMLs, Jira, Confluence, Wireframes
Motivation to constantly explore opportunities for service and business improvement
A good understanding of the use of user testing and benefits of qualitative data at specific stages of the project preparation. Ability to drastically shift requirements based on results.
Willingness to learn, develop and follow technology improvements
Ability to present proposals and sell solutions to various stakeholders – efficiently prepare decisions
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, and to think analytically to overview complex systems
Excellent time-management
Proactive and self-motivated personality to perform under minimal supervision
Capability of managing his/her own tasks with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
High level of attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to receive feedback and flexibility to adapt based on them
Team player attitude
Proficiency in English (verbal and writing)
