With us, you will…

  • Assist our Accounts Payables (AP) team to ensure all invoices and expense reports are entered and/or uploaded into our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) in a timely manner
  • Review and verify supplier invoices
  • Prepare and process employee reimbursement payments
  • Be responsible for researching and resolving invoice discrepancies while working and communicating with internal and external customers
  • Process monthly accruals related to Accounts Payable
  • Be responsible for reconciling company credit cards and ensuring proper accounting to the general ledger
  • Contribute to the successful execution of the end-of-month close process
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve open items in aging reports
  • Provide excellent internal customer service
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to help improve overall processes, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance of internal control
  • Monitor bank accounts to ensure payments are up to date and keep our bank movement records up to date
  • Import bank statements into our ERP system
  • Produce monthly and adhoc reports
  • Be an active participant in adhoc projects
  • Provide supporting documentation to external and internal auditor


What we expect from you…

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role including employee expense processing
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Finance, any other qualifications are a plus
  • Basic understanding of AP aging and/or account reconciliation processes
  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Must have)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 (Preferable, but not required)
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset
